Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging may not be accepted.

Please contact us at main@onederdogs.com with your order number and reason for return to receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
